The Process: You pay the session fee at the time of service. I provide you with a **Superbill**—a specialized receipt containing the necessary diagnostic and service codes. You submit this to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

The "Math": OON coverage usually requires meeting a separate annual deductible. Once met, your insurance provider typically covers a percentage of the "allowed amount" for each session.
